LATE CANCELLATIONS

At Premier Mobile Draw, we are committed to providing reliable and timely services to all our clients. To ensure that our mobile phlebotomists can effectively manage their schedules and deliver quality care, we have implemented the following late cancellation policy:

1. **Cancellation Notice**

Clients are required to request a cancellation at least 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment. This notice period allows our mobile phlebotomists to adjust their schedules and accommodate other clients who may need our services.

2. **Late Cancellation Fee**

If a cancellation is requested less than 24 hours before the appointment without a qualifying emergency, such as a severe illness, accident, or urgent family matter, the deposit paid at the time of booking will serve as a late cancellation fee and will not be refunded. This fee is necessary to compensate for the lost time and to ensure our phlebotomists are fairly compensated for their availability.

3. **Rescheduling**

Clients who cancel within the allowed timeframe or due to a valid emergency are encouraged to reschedule as soon as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges if done outside the standard timeframe.
